Weeknight Meal: Lemon Caper Chicken

So fast. So simple. So healthy. So delicious.

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté a little garlic and onion until tender.

Dredge chicken breast tenders in seasoned flour.

Lightly fry in oil until both sides are lightly golden.

Add sliced lemons, capers, and Marsala to deglaze the pan.

Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through.

Season to taste.

Serve over rice.

Enjoy.
